Introducing the new voice of GWR trains.

After fighting off stiff competition last year, Janine won the contract to provide voiceovers for the Great Western Railway (GWR) network.   GWR's brief was to find a warm, professional, clear voice that would reflect the region GWR serves - with a neutral to Welsh tone.  Abu Siddeeq, Customer Experience Manager at GWR, said: "Janine was the obvious choice – clearly meeting and exceeding all of the prerequisites".

Luke Farley, GWR’s IEP Customer Experience Manager described Janine as “a delight to work with. She was able to take direction and translate it into a professional, clear voice for our on-board train announcements. We're very pleased with the end product and look forward to working with her in the future.”

This project has since been completed (on time), so next time you're travelling on a GWR train, listen out for Janine's soothing tones...
